Paid Media Specialist I (Contractor)

The Paid Media Specialist I assists with the execution of strategies and tasks for the paid media team. The Paid Media Specialist I will be responsible for assisting with SEM and paid social campaigns. Paid media specialists report to the Manager, Paid Media.

💣 responsibilities.

  • Assist with the management Google and Paid Social Campaigns
  • Budget Management 
  • Ensure all campaigns are re-enabled at the beginning of each month.
  • Assist with the internal workflow for enterprise onboardings and one-off account onboardings
  • Provide guidance to Customer Success team as needed
  • Able to assist on customer calls and reporting, as needed
  • Adjust ad copy for SEM and Social ads w/ special offer updates from customers in line with our SLAs.
  • Respond to specific client requests and/or support tickets via assigned channels. 
  • Help identify areas of opportunity for improving paid media team processes and services. Present opportunities to Paid Media Manager during designated meetings. 

🏴 required skills.

  1. 0-6 months of hands-on knowledge of SEM best practices related to AdWords, Facebook, and Google Analytics.
  2. Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills (including presentation skills)
  3. Excellent pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Experience in leading projects from conception to completion
  5. Working knowledge about the multifamily real estate industry, trends, and marketplace
  6. Ability to produce creative results within tight deadlines with high attention to detail, maximum efficiency, and strong organization
  7. A self-starter with an eagerness to grow
  8. Capacity to learn quickly and respond well to changes and opportunities
  9. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and delegate with clearly defined responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
